I. Return Application Time
To apply for a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to submit a return application. Applications submitted after this timeframe may not be processed.
II. Eligible Return Situations
You can apply for a return or refund in the following situations:
The product has a quality problem;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The received product does not match the order contents;
The product has obvious defects or is missing accessories.
Please provide your order number and relevant photos when applying so that we can verify and process your request.
III. Return Conditions
To ensure smooth return processing, returned goods must meet the following conditions:
Whether opened or unopened, the wig can be returned as long as it is unworn, unused, and unwashed;
The product is in its original condition and does not affect resale;
Tags, packaging, and accessories are complete;
There is no man-made damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use.
If the above conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return request.
IV. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported
Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:
The wig has been worn, used, or washed;
The item has a perfume scent, stains, or is damaged by the customer;
The tags, packaging, or accessories are missing;
The return request period has expired;
Special offer items, customized items, or personal care items (as specifically stated on the page).
V. Return Process
The return process is as follows:
Contact customer service to submit a return request;
Customer service reviews and confirms your eligibility for a return;
Provide a return address and relevant explanations;
Return the item as requested;
After receiving the item and verifying that it is correct, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will bear the shipping costs; For returns requested for personal reasons, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs; Costs incurred from refusing to accept the package without a valid reason may be borne by the buyer.
VII. Handling of Defective Products
If you find any damage, incorrect shipment, or other abnormalities upon receiving the product, please contact customer service immediately and provide clear photos. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
